Refund Policy

At InnerView with Dr. C, we strive to make your experience simple, supportive, and transparent. Please review the following policies regarding scheduling, payments, cancellations, and refunds. These guidelines are designed to respect your time as well as ours, while ensuring that we can continue to provide a high-quality consulting experience.

Scheduling & Payments

  • All appointments must be booked through our secure online scheduling system.

  • You will receive a confirmation email after booking, along with session details and a reminder email 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking to reserve your session. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment are not refundable but may be rescheduled to a later date.

  • No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and are non-refundable.

Packages & Add-On Services

  • Multi-session packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Sessions not used within this period will expire.

  • Add-on services such as custom self-hypnosis audios, affirmation decks, or digital guides are non-refundable once delivered due to their personalized nature.

Refunds

  • Refunds for single sessions are available only if canceled 48 hours or more in advance.

  • Refunds for multi-session packages are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have been used.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • In cases of illness, emergencies, or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss possible accommodations.
